Susan Distefano
My vast experience as a healthcare executive of 30 years informs an approach to consulting and coaching, ensuring the human aspect of change is in the forefront. First in healthcare and now in coaching, my focus is on improving my clients' quality of life. I am constantly inspired by the drive to enhance one's life, whether it is by adding a moment of gratitude or a new approach to a distressing issue.
Personally, I have been in a dual career marriage, adopted two children who are now grown, and experienced the exhilarating and humbling moments of being a parent. The constant desire to be better has helped me develop new skills that release one from the need to have the right answer and to do everything. Developing an understanding of "getting it right" vs. "being right" has improved my life and it is a joy to work with others on this journey. Typically, my clients are busy professionals, navigating the complexity of career and personal life.
